As a general rule a confirmed order cannot be cancelled. myrna labs shall also have the right to charge you a cancellation fee for the order generated in line with this cancellation and refunds policy

In case of cancellation for reason attributable to myrna labs, myrna labs shall not charge you any cancellation fee

the revite network app provided by myrna labs is available as a free download. Services offered by individuals and businesses listed on the app are governed by their own terms of service

As a general rule refunds are not made on processed orders

You shall however be entitled for a refund if your order was cancelled for reasons attributable to myrna labs

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding

All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card through which you made the payment

You can however request exchange of one type of stacQ for another only once during a calendar year, by sending an email to support@solversinc.com.
